"The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable "

"We felt so fortunate to find this place after our initial booking in Tuscany did not work out. We booked last minute and showed up 30 minutes later, and Angela and Alessandro were so kind and gracious to get us settled. They didn't know that they could receive last minute bookings. The property is unbelievable! The views and amenities were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was so lovely to experience such a gorgeous villa in Tuscany while also being taken care of so well by the hosts. If we ever return to Tuscany, we have no choice but to stay here! I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Angela and Alessandro for such a wonderful stay! "
