"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Most importantly, the staff were lovely, professional and helpful. They provided a superior breakfast. The property was newly renovated to a very high specification, the pool area was beautiful along with the other out buildings. Even the bedding was wonderful quality. 10 minutes from Arezzo, a perfect location for fun in town and relaxation by a pool. Great for a couple, family or big house party. "

Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo. "Die Lage und die Weinfarm sind sehr schön gelegen und bilden ein wunderschönes Ensemble. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Bäder könnten sauberer sein. Handtuchwechsel war auch nach drei Tagen nicht. Das Handtuch wurde vom Boden aufgenommen und neu aufgefangen. Frühstück eher spärlich und jeden Tag gleich. Abendessen ganz wunderbar. "

A fantastic experience in Tuscany under the Sun

"What can we say except that this family run Italian stay is a masterclass in all things you want whilst experiencing Tuscany. The accommodation is incredible, expansive and extremely artistically and attentively decorated. The hosts Alessandro and Angela were so kind and thoughtful. The venue itself is so peaceful and calming that we really wish we had longer there. It genuinely felt like being with friends and family except in the most incredible setting. So many great touches from the kitchen diner, the infinity pool, the loungers, the sauna with a viewing window, to the gym and more. As soon as you arrive you know you are in for a treat and I cannot recommend this place higher. We cannot wait to return."

"This was a beautiful stop on our Tuscany tour. The property is lovely, and the only thing that would make it better is warm weather so we could use the pool. There is a washing machine for guests to use, which is extremely helpful. A drying rack was in the room to use. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the breakfast was generous and tasty."

"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."

"This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."
