We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was full of contractors. The car park was full of trucks and trailers. The room was clean as were the reception. We went to breakfast the first morning and were told the oven broke the day before and there was no hot breakfast. Also there was no milk until a delivery in the afternoon. The 2nd morning the hot breakfast was unavailable again. The receptionist said it was a free extra so they didn't have to provide it, even though it was advertised. She was very unhelpful. We've stayed at 3 Holiday Inns in Memphis and this was by far the worst.
There are no food options close. The property is on a service road so close to the freeway that sleeping is impossible. The breakfast was dismal...Would not recommend for more than a one night ...
Front desk staff was very pleasant and relocated me to the other side of the building to mitigate the noise.
We stayed overnight,passing through. Check in was friendly and efficient. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the built-in nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety, with cheese omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and pastries.

Everything was excellent until we went to breakfast. Everything was supposed to be hot and was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. The trip home was miserable having to stop multiple times with diarrhea.

Booked online to find out the hotel doesn't reserve to locals, as stated. Staying 50miles of the hotel. Now, last minute hotel stay since I traveled there

Everything was excellent except for that there is only one person on the front desk and no one can bring the extra bedding up to the room , the worst part was when we went to breakfast at 9:30 and the lady refused to replace the mix bag for the pancake machine because it’s too close to the closing time (10) which made my kids upset and she was rude to the kids when they asked her to replace it.

The overall experience was very good—the only problem is that there was a snafu with check-in: the front desk staff gave another guest my room, and she opened the door to my room. This was the first time any such thing has happened in all my stays at Holiday Inn Express, and it was quite upsetting.

Built VERY close to I-40. Rooms on north are very noisy from highway noise. Strange smell in room…bedding was worn… chair/couch is stained. Not the 8 hotel that was tanked on Orbitz. Stayed in a MUCH nicer hotel last night for $40 less. Disappointed…

Clean in the lobby area and nicely decorated with halloween decor which kids loved! However, we came in late from travels and clearly have that ive got small children when we got up to the room they called and said we were being noisy well.. thats what happens when ur unpacking and getting the kids to bed, room wasnt very clean pull out couch found stuff all under it, the carpet was dirty per our feet from walking around hard to get our towels fresh or garbage taken out, i dont think this is family friendly!
