Disliked: Check-in, communication
We were traveling to visit family in the area and thought it best, since we were traveling with a big group, to try this style of stay. First, the initial set of directions sent us to the wrong address. Causing a delay to the property. Then, once we got there, we spent an hour trying to contact the host to get in, to no avail. The blessing is that we booked through Expedia, and they found us a different location that could accommodate our group. The host contacted us the next day, but by then it was too late.
