"I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. Totally unprofessional and would never recommend this hotel to anybody as it’s extremely unreliable. "

"I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk to help. I’m not one elevator was working and it would not always open up when you arrived at your floor. The airport shuttle looked like it had seen better days. This hotel has a lot of potential but it is not being taken care of. I will say that because of all the issues one of the staff members allowed us to use the dining and bar area for our team bonding and for the parents to all hang out and eat food we brought in. They also allowed us to use a cooler in the back. We were greatly appreciative the allowed us to do this. "
