"Excellent hotel "

"Comfortable room, really lovely lady checked me in. It was noisy at closing time (people outside) but that's out of the hotel's control - the room was above a pub, so to be expected. Clean, nice cup of tea, lovely shower - it was a comfortable room and I will definitely book again for future trips."

"We enjoyed a 5 night stay making the most of the pool which was a lovely experience every evening. Sometimes we used it twice a day. The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good choice of foods, both hot & cold. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was good, it has good parking and we would return to this hotel."

"Such a lovely hotel with staff who can't do enough for you! Food in the restaurant is delicious and the updated front terrace is a great place for some lunch and people watching! In a perfect location for everything from the shops to the promenade and pier. "

"Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. "
