"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "

"The stay was very good. I think they should work more on the cleaning services, because when we arrived we found our bed sheets dirty and we had to wait 1 day to be changed. Also they should hire people that speak english, because the staff speaks only turkish. "The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable...
