"One of the receptionists was cool, but the hotel is literally a mess. They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. The comforter had stains, and there were literal cigarette burn marks all over it. That’s honestly so gross and unprofessional. They don’t even bother switching to clean comforters.
The beds weren’t even comfortable either. The toilet had a leak as well, and there wasn’t even any hand soap provided. The only nice thing was that there was a hairdryer in the room.
I’d honestly suggest spending a little more on other hotels when visiting Rochester instead of this one. I definitely took an L on this booking."
