"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."

"Staying at the COWOOL was an interesting and very enjoyable experience. The facilities were very good. A bit far out from the centre of Avignon but the buses were very cheap and frequent. Super host, very friendly and informative. "

"i stayed 6 nights in a mobile home at this campground. excellent campground all around. my bathroom worked fine, i had great water pressure and hot water. the mini kitchen was adequately stacked with basic needs. you do need to either rent bed linens and towels, or bring your own. they do furnish pillows, encased in waterproof covers. this is a highly family friendly campground. the front gate is locked from 11 p.m. to 8 a m., but you can park in the outside-the-gate lot if needed staff was...

"I honestly don’t understand how anyone rated it less than 5! We had such a wonderful experience—from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Shoutout to Mylann, who greeted us at reception, checked us in, gave us excellent recommendations, and even walked us to our room! Our room, while simple in decor, had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was clean and well-furnished. Housekeeping was done daily to an excellent standard, and the linen was changed every day—which we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The facilities were fantastic! We loved the indoor heated pool, hammam, and sauna. Although children are only allowed between 9 and 11 a.m., when I couldn’t get through on the phone to book a spot, the staff were kind enough to let my son stay until 11:30. My husband and I really enjoyed the gym, basketball courts, and tennis courts as well. Breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished. So, either other people’s reviews were harsh, or Le [hotel name] has really taken feedback on board—because we had nothing short of an exceptional experience and would happily return again and again!"

I DESERVE A REFUND

"I could not get into the hotel, but they still took my money anyways. I messaged the hotel days in advance of my late arrival, as the hotel policy required for a late check-in. The hotel ignored me and did not reply. Hotels.com did not give me a refund either because its robot could not figure out how to do it. Very disappointed. "
