"If you are coming to the area for Christmas markets, then highly suggest this great hotel perfect location There is public parking just a short walk away, but make sure you go the right way because we actually walked around the block versus basically a Professional, friendly, and helpful front desk, staff Clean room that has a kettle. Perfect water, pressure and hot water in the shower. "

"The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent parking facilities for motorcycles, very secure. Common areas have had a nice makeover but the rooms are very tired, but OK for the price. Easy to walk to city centre."

"An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!)
