"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Stayed overnight on way home from the Alps and the location was perfect. We didn't really use the kitchenette or shower but both were clean and new. This means the value for us was not excellent but if you were staying in the area for a day or two this would be a great budget stay. Is on a semi industrial site so not picturesque but good location for surrounding area."

"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
