"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "We stayed in a two-bedroom house and it was very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was beautiful, clean, and located right by the sea. There was also a lovely beach within walking distance, with very clean water and fine, soft sand. The local market was very close by, which was very convenient. The area was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were excellent, professional, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it."

"Great resort, beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and really clean. The views are the best you can get! The food is really good quality. My only feedback would be that the drinks as part of the all inclusive are a bit of a let down and the pool is quite small. Everything else is pretty much perfect!"

"Séjour du 23 au 26 avril en formule tout inclus. Parking compliqué pour un établissement si grand et nous étions qu'en avril! Autrement le personnel est très agréable, les extérieurs sont parfait pour les enfants. Attaque de mouettes pendant le repas en terrasse qui viennent nous voler la nourriture 😅 Chambre un peu petite pour 4 et qui demande a être rénové. Manque des prises surtout en tête de lit pour charger les portables! Toilette et bidet en face a face ... il ne faut pas avoir de grandes jambes ! Ce fût un séjour agréable, notre fils de 10 ans a adoré les toboggans!"

"We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception. Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room). The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better. All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above. "
