"I chose this place based on the reviews, so far it was a wise choice. I love Tikal Futura hotel, the staffs here are courteous and professional, the foods are delicious. Hibiscus restaurant at the hotel does not disappoint at all.The rooms are spacious and cleaned, except they do not come with mini fridge and microwave.Not sure if it applies to the all rooms, but I know for sure my friend's room and I, did not have them. Overall, everything was perfect. I will definitely return next year and will recommend this place to anyone visiting Guatemala city."

"The views from this hotel are breathtaking. The manager and staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. You couldn't ask for anything more from a room. The room was clean with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in at Hotel Casa Mural again or recommend this hotel to others looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay when in Antigua. "
