I would like to extend special appreciation to Duty Manager, Food Department and Housekeeping for their outstanding service and dedication. What stood out most was the genuine willingness of every team member to assist. We were a group of 21 people, and each one of us was thoroughly impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the staff. A special mention goes to Food Department, who went above and beyond—not only accommodating specific dietary requirements for some members of our group but also personally ensuring that special requests beyond the buffet menu were fulfilled seamlessly. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay. I would highly recommend Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a truly premium experience."
