"The staff is amazing. Regina and Charday were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great the room was spotless. The major issue is that it’s located right next to a very loud train. The train goes by multiple times (at least 3) throughout the night between midnight and 6am. Each time the train comes by, it blares its horn multiple times. We were on the side further away from the train and it was very very loud. So this place might be ok for a heavy sleeper but if you are a log h sleeper, I highly recommend asking the front desk for earplugs. "

"I was in my room for less than 30 minutes. Seen two big roaches run from under the refrigerator to behind the bed. I immediately checked out. No refund.. After driving 3 hours all I wanted was to check into my room and chill. The area is disgusting. Crack heads and trash everywhere. Don't waste your time with this place. "

"The room was clean and the staff very friendly. A beautiful bar with good food from Bernardo. My only complaint is that parking is a pain. The lot next door is full, pretty much all the time, up to the 8th floor. I would have appreciated valet, particularly when I was returning to the hotel late at night. "
