"This hotel is disgusting! Hotels.com you should not recommend this place. It is not as described. Booked an accessibility room and they said they dont have those and when asked why they listed them she didnt know. So we ended up in a 2 double bed room. It was totally trashed and it didnt even have a waste basket. It was a 4 person room with only 3 pillows and they were old and disgusting. Lots of patched holes. Filthy carpet lumpy old beds broken furniture the chair in the non smoking room had a chunk torn out and cigarette burns. No microwave when one was listed on the room i booked. The room smelled terrible. We only got 1 towel and washcloth and they were stained. Told the desk how bad it was and they said "yeah we are working on remodeling but that room wasnt one yet. So why am i paying full price if you know the room is bad? No offer of a discount no apology. Just a yeah we know its bad. And that it should be remodeled in the next year. Save your money and piece of mind. "

"The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub. "

"It is supposed to be pet friendly hotel, but there’s no trash cans anywhere around the property to throw away used dog bags except in the middle of pet relief area. Disposal cans were placed in the middle of the field and you cannot get there unless you walk on the water logged grass. I guess they try to make things easier for themselves for not letting people empty trash from their cars, but isn’t it part of the hospitality business?"

"It was only one night but it was one of the best hotel rooms/suite we stayed in…very clean ..friendly staff great breakfast overall amazing for the one night:)❤️"

"The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. "

"Nice, but needs updates in the rooms. Tv not smart tv, furniture outdated, bed mattress worn (bowl) in center. Room Very clean, blankets and pillow nice and clean. My room located was close by expressway…you could hear cars and motorcycles…loud out night and 7am. Ask for room away from end of building by expressway. Staff SUPER nice and friendly. No free breakfast 😕"

"The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. The property needs updating. The mattress was so hard I had to get an extra comforter to put under the sheet to sleep on. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off and landing."
