"No towels either night had to call for them to bring some the 1st night and the second night literally had a wash cloth and a hand towel on the bed!! Non smoking room stunk of smoke so bad it gave me a headache!"

"The hotel was having much needed renovations done beginning on the 3rd floor. No renovations yet on the 1st floor where we stayed. The carpeting everywhere was stained. The lock on the door was broken. The faucet in the bathroom needed replacement, it was loose and moved around when you, the curtains were stained, there was no hot water for a shower. I had to take a cold shower. There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee for that purpose. We had to ask for hand towels, and a coffee pot. The bed appeared to be clean and it was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Since we couldn't take a shower, I feel a refund should be paid."

"Breakfast selection smaller than typical but still good. Coffee bar needs improvement. Staff, parking and accommodations really nice, clean, well lighted and safe "

"The property is in need of upkeep and maintenance. The hot breakfast was not very good, slimy eggs, dry sausage. We tried it the first morning but gave up and ate out instead that day and the second. Room was dirty. Possible blood on the sheets which were quickly changed when we ask but then we found other red spots probably food stains on the walls, ceiling, and floor. The on duty manager did change us rooms but we had another friend attempt to book this same hotel and was given a room that was trashed when they walked in. They opted to change hotels. We stayed here because the price was reasonable by comparison and ratings seemed ok. Unfortunately we should have paid the premium to stay elsewhere."
