"Kommunikation war mühsam, trotz schriftlicher Kommunikation via Hotels.com-Chat wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin zwecks CheckIn angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Dieser muss 30min vor Ankunft erneut telefonisch bestätigt werden. Nur um dann zu erfahren, dass der Schlüssel in der Box deponiert ist. Informationen betreffend Checkout haben wir 6Stunden nach Checkout-Termin erhalten.. Bad, insbesondere Dusche sind stark verkalckt ansonsten sauber. Zentrale Lage in Dudelange."

"Logement pas très propre. Bonde coincée à l'arrivée . Pas de solution le soir même. Petit déjeuner hyper cher alors qu'il y a Quasiment rien a mangé ni de fait maison. 2 baguettes pour plusieurs table. 4 yaourts et que d'1 seul sorte , 1 jour 4 pots de salade de fruits industriels et plus les autres jours ! 4 malheureuse madeleine dans 1 panier...... les jus de pomme et orange des fonds de bombonne chaque jour. Lait froid.... y a l'emplacement mais c'est tout. Franchement 12€ par...

"Everywhere was spotless. Staff were lovely. Room very well appointed. The only (very) minor point to raise is we would liked some more English speaking TV channels or even Netflix. "

"Comfortable room though a bit small. My only complaint was the poor design of the shower that let water get all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. The hotel food was decent and very fairly priced (especially compared to other hotels). Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold foods. And they'd toast you up a panini sandwich whenever you wanted one, along with draft beer. The staff were very helpful and polite."

"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "
