"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"Ménage douteux, logement très poussiéreux a l’arrivée et pour ainsi dire aucun équipement pour le nettoyer. La Literie était sale (les alèses étaient tachées) et nous avons eu droit à des punaises de lit !! Si j’avais mieux cherché j’aurai vu sur Booking ce même commentaire (sale, punaises de lit…) J’invite Expedia à déréférencer ce logement … "

"This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent.
