"The property is located in the city center, which is great, you can actually walk around the neighborhood and see the museums, the cathedral and the main park, it’s also not too far away from Paseo Montejo. Staff was very helpful, the breakfast is very good, they have many choices and everything has really good flavor. Shower floor could be a little more cleaner. A/C works well but is a little bit too loud. "

"We recently stayed here and were very pleased with how clean our room was. The staff was truly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay very enjoyable. When I unfortunately caught a cold toward the end of our trip, the staff was kind enough to provide hot tea, which was much appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. While we enjoyed the overall friendly atmosphere, I really wished our room had a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold and store snacks. The walkway to the room was difficult to navigate with luggage. Additionally, we booked a room with a pool, but we couldn't use it because it had a significant amount of debris and bugs. We ended up using the larger main pool instead. Despite these issues, the great service from the staff made our stay a pleasant one."

"Lovely, clean, big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. AC and wifi works well. Beautiful, clean pool. Free coffee, hot water and iced soft drink , all day , in the lobby. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet not extensive - but more than enough to start the day. Not many restaurants nearby. Hotel offers poolside snacks only after 2 pm. It is an easy walk to the city center where there are lots of places to eat. Felt safe walking back at 10 pm. Civic guards at practically every crossing. Would happily stay again. "
