Hotel room was run down, bedside table was hanging off, room wall had a big splotch of cement and unpainted, closet had alot of broken cement and bathroom toilet was leaking the whole time we were there. The room smelt clean and someone was always available to attend to you. Not sure if it’s just our room, but it was really run down.

Bed was dirty, sheets had lipstick and ants, bathroom had lots of mold and signs of water leakage from upper floor, door latch unsafe, general feeling of lack of maintenance and cleaning. In general it was filthy. Fortunately I got my money back and did not stay the night but I had do look for another alternative at 10 pm after this awful experience.

-Ojo con los cobros duplicados- Reservé por Booking y antes del check-in noté un cargo en mi tarjeta. Al llegar, me dijeron que solo era una retención y no se me descontaría, así que pagué el total del hospedaje directamente en el hotel. Sin embargo, al salir, el cargo sí se hizo efectivo, y terminé pagando de más. Solicité el reembolso con todos los comprobantes, incluso por WhatsApp me confirmaron que me lo harían, pero después me dejaron en visto y nunca lo resolvieron. El cargo fue hecho por la empresa hotelera, pero se deslindaron totalmente. No escribo con coraje, solo para advertir: si notan un cobro previo, exijan que se descuente del total. Yo reservé por $430 y acabé pagando $600. Mucho cuidado con estos detalles para evitar pasar por lo mismo.

El peor hospedaje desde que uso esta aplicación

Todo deteriorado, sin servicio de mantenimiento por muchos años, se nota, humedad en baño paredes de la habitación, cuarteaduras en las paredes, de verdad terrible. No debería estar en ninguna aplicación. Lo peor es que la aplicación no permite cargar las fotografías de evidencia en el rubro de "agregar foto"

Primero, me timaron con el precio, me dieron un precio en ésta app y me terminaron cobrando más. A duras penas te dan papel para el baño y toallas. Ni un jaboncito, un shampoo, nada. Hay moteles con más cortesías. El A/C goteó sobre nuestras cosas, y le falta mantenimiento porque hacía más ruido que enfriar. Entiendo que sea una propiedad vieja pero es el colmo. El check in es nada más te doy la llave y allá está tu cuarto. El check out entregas llave y ya. Nada alrededor para comer/compras rápidas. Las camas son cómodas, eso sí. Mala experiencia en general y eso que solo lo usé para llegar y dormir. El precio es elevado para lo que ofrece/el mtto
