The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.

Nettes Hotel im Kolonialstil! Sehr nettes Personal, das uns beim Namen gekannt hat. Sauberes Zimmer, drei Pools die täglich gereinigt wurden. Zentrale Lage zum erkunden von Merida, leider der Eingang direkt an einer Straße, so dass anhalten, etc… etwas schwierig war!

Great location and a nice enough hotel. It's clean and the staff are helpful. Water is only warm at times not hot and the bed is very hard. It's located nest to a hostel that can be quite loud until 2300. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds are nice. Adding double glazing for noise, fixing the hot water and upgrading the bed would make this place a gem.

Checkin process was simple and easy. The whole staff was super friendly. Loved that TV had Netflix on it. The room was clean and spacious. The middle pool was my favorite. There was no one around in the pools so I had it all to myself. They have a little bar area where I was able to get drinks to take to the pool or even enjoy it at the bar. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful. Highly recommend.

Muy bonito hotel, ir por habitaciones suites

El hotel es muy bonito, solo que al llegar fue confuso ya que no habia caido nuetra reserva y mucho menos tenian nota de la celebracion de cumpleaños, el staff es muy amable, es un lugar limpio, solo no me gusto el tipo de habitacion ya que era muy pequeña y simple.
