The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was with a good variety and tasty and the hotel has a big parking place. A short 5-minute drive and you are in the center of Mérida, the hotel is just outside the city so the surroundings are quiet. Unfortunately, there was a negative part of our stay, the hotel is not soundproof to the interior corridors and adjacent rooms so we could hear everything very loud and clear, other guests closing their room doors guests talking in the hallways early in the morning, toilets being flushed, coughing, etc. which did not provide a good night's rest.

The hotel is modern, clean, with beautiful decor. Breakfast for €11 was good. The only downside is that it is not walking distance to downtown

The hotel was excellent with just one exception and that was dinner was not served till 8.30pm which is just far to late. It should start at 7pm.

Over Night In Merida

It was an overnight stay and we found the staff, food and facilities excellent. One small issue was that at a very early hour there was noise in the corridor our room as on. I suspect it was due to a tour bus leaving everyone was leaving their rooms and were chatting as they left moving through the corridor. This is our second time to stay at this hotel and we did not experience this the first so will stay there again.

Very disappointing. We checked in on a Saturday after a long drive and there was such a nasty smell we were unable to nap. Something in the piping or air vents. That same night, a wedding party on the premises pumped out loud music until around 6am. So no sleep again. On the Sunday morning, the pool that was meant to open at 10am (and is advertised as such), was still locked up by checkout time at noon. So no pre-departure swim. And I'd like to note, this room was super expensive. Not recommended

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually made me feel welcome in general in terms of being a tourist in his city! The room was big, clean and comfy. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looked lively and popular. Would definitely stay again!

Enfin un hotel qui n'a pas besoin de client,oupsss

L'hotel est confortable et propre mais le personnel vous acceuille certainement en pensant que c'est eux qui sont les clients et pas l'inverse , pas un sourire , on traine les pieds pour vous répondre si ils parlent anglais ou non alors le français je n'en parle pas.On n'ose plus rien leur demander après cela, pas cool !!!!!!

It’s fine for its class. In the road out of Merida. I chose it principally because it accepts dogs (travelling to ferry at Bilbao). Rooms are tired and poorly specc’d. Even a 2m cable could not allow me to charge something by the bed, a 3m cable would be required. Furnishings are mid 80s. Beds are likely subject to failure if a heavy person lay on them. Beer was cold and entrecôte was “un poco hecho” as required. Ample parking was available.
