The property is beautiful. Next to the Plaza España and close to the train station. The room was quiet and spacious. An excellent Italian restaurant next door and walking distance to all the major Roman sites. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was all that I hoped for.

Our experience was excellent since our arrival! They had valet parking!. The property is beautiful. Our bedroom was comfortable and offered views. It included a nice breakfast buffet. It is located inside the historic center of Mérida and you can walk to the historic sites.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room! Fabulous and SO quiet. There was a raging loud party on the street Saturday night and when I closed the window it was total silence. There is also a double door in your room to the lobby, so you have total peace. Tip - buy the Roman sites combined ticket for 17 euros and see them all.

Front desk staff always helpful; in fact a person helped us with our luggage at check in. Valet parking was perfect for us and car brought back at time promised. Breakfast buffet is a must. The welcome desk staff was fantastic. Told us that the museum was only open on Sunday and as we were leaving on Tuesday so if we wanted to see it we should go there first. Absolutely the most helpful advice we got. We loved our room and the location. Absolutely a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend it. Cannot say anything bad about it.
