"Parking was great the pillows were too small for a king size bed there was three small pillows on the bed when asked for an extra pillow I was told I had to wait until the next day when the next day came I asked and the maid was very rude I looked out the door to get fresh towels and she got mad because I needed fresh towels other than that stay was good but I think they need to have someone there that can understand English as well as Spanish"

"The breakfast menu was fresh and had good variety. The room was clean and tidy. The service from attendants was good. I had only one problem with this accommodation: there was no bar soap, only a body wash dispenser mounted on the shower wall about 4 feet above the tub bottom. This would have worked well for a shower, but was not good for me as I prefer a bath. In order to get soap, I had to repeatedly stand up in the water because the dispenser was too high for me to reach from a sitting-in-the-tub position. This issue can be easily remedied by moving the dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner down to a reachable distance from the tub bottom."

"Parking was in a very dirty uunderground area. Hotel is dirty, old, unkempt. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and dirty! Why don’t they do something about the care of this place . I do think it should be in Orbitz list!"

"Hotel is in a great location, perfect for walking around the area. Nearby parking is very convenient, but tight. Staff was friendlt, everything was clean, room was large and quality was fantastic. Would stay here again. "
