"We had a wonderful one-night stay and were genuinely impressed with the experience. The room was very unique and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel special right away. We especially loved the jacuzzi and fireplace, both added a relaxing and romantic touch to our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our visit. Their hospitality really stood out and made a great impression. "Overall the place was clean, especially the breakfast area, the ladies running it took pride in their work and it was spotless and well stocked. But the pool!!! yuck!!! my kids didn't even want to swim in .. the whole hotel seemed clean and updated but the pool looked like it had mold in it and hadn't been cleaned or maintained in quite some time. "

"Front desk staff was rude during check in and overcharged me for the room. Online rate was 144, she charged me 244 and said the rate listed online was incorrect, refused to adjust. It was late after a horse show so we don’t have time to locate another hotel. Rooms are outdated, spring mattress on pull out couch was terrible. "

"Room was clean except for the shower. Shower walls had to be missed when it was cleaned because there was a lot of long black hair on the walls. I mean A LOT! I wiped down the walls as the tub and toilet were clean as was the rest of the room."
