"After checking into my hotel, and unloading my clothes I realized the air was turning on and off even though it was set at a temp. When I went to call the front desk, my phone didn’t work. I had 2 lights burnt out & no microwave or fridge. Archer was absolutely amazing in regard to customer service. He went above and beyond to not only get me a fridge and microwave. He was able to switch me rooms that had working items in there. He also helped me move all of my items from that room into the new one. Archer was friendly and very professional.
