"I stayed in this hotel two times in one trip, everything was great, especially the breakfast and the complimentary coffee from the coffee machine round-the-clock. BUT! Make sure they send you the code from the box with the keys to the e-mail. I stayed in the hotel for two times and the first time they didn’t send me the code. The reception was not working in the evening and the phone didn’t respond. I found the alternative phone number of the hotel chain and finally got the code, but it was a quest. +49 821 80770 this is right number of the hotel. Anyway, my stay was good. They hotel has a perfect quality-price rate as for the region. "

"Convenient location and very good breakfast. Downside: Room was not ready upon check in. We had to wait Our second day we returned to the hotel at 3:45 pm to find the room door wide open and the room in disarray with no housekeeping personnel to be found. The next day our room was not cleaned and I asked for fresh towels. The female manager then accused me pointing her finger at me loudly saying "Untrue. untrue" to me. Where did that come from? This was a disappointing stay with unneeded stress from a poorly managed staff concerning these incidents. "
