"breakfast was good. I was not able to watch TV more than three hours for a two days that I was staying there. There were something wrong with the television in my room two different receptionist had to come to my room to try to get the TV to come on and that I could look at different channels the second day of my stay I was not able to watch the television in the room at all, otherwise the facility service was very good. Thank you."

"The first day when we arrived at the hotel. It was so many people there and kids running wild all over the hotel. The room that the front desk clerk gave me was awful. Beds was sloppy made up, bathroom sink cracked, tub was stopped up, no heat, balcony door was broke and couldn’t open, couch was worn out and didn’t let out, the pillow covers and and one bedsheets had mildew stains on it, the wall had broken pieces of concrete on it, they just need to throw everything in that room in the garbage and remodel it over. My whole stay I called for house keeping to bring us clean towels, and toilet paper. They bought up clean towels one time and the rest of our stay we had to go downstairs to get whatever else we needed. I NEVER ever been to an Embassy suites hotel where me and my family was treated so bad. The staff there is rude, racist and needs to be re-trained on how to work with paying guests. The swimming pool area stayed dirty and no one never showed up to re-stock the towels. I went several times to the front desk to ask if I could get 3 towels for me and my kids and Jessica said I can’t give you any towels right now but I’m going to have someone bring them in the pool room. Me and my kids was in the pool for 2 hours and no one never showed up to restock the pool room towels. On our way out at 10 pm when the other guests arrive at the pool, I noticed the guy on his way in the pool room a bunch of towels to restock. Also the elevator stopped working. I stay was horrible."

"The room is noisy due to the sheer number of people; there is a lot of sound and commotion that persists from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM—specifically footsteps, voices, televisions, and the opening and closing of doors by the people staying above and next to me. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to get any sleep or rest."

"The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. "

"DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! I could have given this room a no rating I would of. The 1st room we walked into wasn't cleaned at all had alcohol bottles on the bed. So they gave as another room. This one was at least clean when it came to the bed sheets but most of everything else was nasty. Food or nothing in the heater/ac unit, fridge and microwave were not cleaned. Something sticky on the phone, peeling wall paper in the bathroom above shower head, peeling wall paper around the main room,no smoke detector with exposed wires. Will never stay there again."

"Hotel is fairly run down and needs a revamp. Staff was great, pool was lovely. Very loud on floor 2. I will not stay here again when I am in town. "
