"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. I couldn't help her exit this type of door. The entry door on the side, is heavy to maneuver when carrying bags and assisting an impared person. "
