Excellent hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mersin hotel panorama. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious; we loved the fresh menemen! Rooms have seaview, are clean and so is the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable; we slept like babies. The only downside was that I had to shower with cold water. Not the end of the world but warm water would have been nice. Nonetheless a hotel I warmly recommend.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum Temizlik sıfır odalar toz içinde, hijyenik bir ortam bulmaniz imkansiz islak havlulari asacak yer yok küçük bir cam cikisi var demirleri toz içinde havlular yaş kaldı,guler yüzlü personel dışında herşey vasat durumda,demlenen çay bile poşet çay lezzet sıfır,havuz yine temiz değildi kaydırak saatleri yetersiz gunde en az 3 kere açılmalı ama sadece 45 dk acik kaliyor hepsini de acmiyorlar

einzige Positive dass die Zimmer schön waren,das war's dann aber auch. Einige Punkte muss ich hier schon erwähnen und hätte erwartet dass diese in der Hotel Beschreibung erwähnt wären. Am Empfang hat das schon angefangen,uns wurde gesagt, dass die Frauen mit langen Haaren aus hygienischen Gründen Badekappen zu tragen hätten. Also,Mann losgeschickt bei über 40 Grad Hitze. Bei dem dritten Laden wurde er fündig,wir zum Pool keiner trägt Badekappen,also umsonst die ganze Mühe. Personal am Pool katastrophal,er macht quasi nichts,sitzt da nur rum. Kann dir keine Info weitergeben geschweige denn für Sicherheit und Ordnung sorgen. Nächster Punkt, Wasserrutschen nur halbe Stunde zweimal geöffnet,die Wasserrutschen waren überhaupt unser Grund dieses Hotel zu buchen,sonst hätten wir was viel günstigeres genommen. Plus, Dienstags ist der gesamte Pool nicht nutzbar wird sauber gemacht. Zusätzlich kein WLAN verfügbar in den oberen Etagen.Ich habe mich beschwert,dass wir zu diesen Punkten keine Info hätten, Antwort war dass die uns das am Telefon gesagt hätten wenn wir vorher angerufen hätten. Frühstück war sehr spärlich und eintönig,jeden Tag dasselbe. Essen konnte man bestellen,hat geschmeckt und preislich ok. Strand ca. 800 zu Fuß,war schön. Sonst in unmittelbarer Nähe nichts, abends mal rumlaufen sinnlos. In der Umgebung auch nichts vernünftiges zum Essen gehen,müsste man schon ca. 10 km fahren.Kinder hatten Spaß,aber hätte ich alles vorher gewusst, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht

Herhangi bir tesis duş vs yok sahilde. Zamanla bazi hizmetler duzelse de bina yeterli olmadigi icin mesela kahvalti salonu sorunun ortadan kalkmasi pek mumkun gorunmuyor.

Hotel war, trotz Navigation, sehr schwer zu finden. Empfang ohne Service. Hôtel offenbar neu gebaut oder grundsaniert. Lampen am Bett funktionierten nicht, Türgriff nicht vorhanden und Zimmertür stand offen.unzureichend Steckdosen. Im Bad keine Fußmatte. Abfluss Abdeckung nicht vorhanden. Zimmer sauber und und Bett bequem. Frühstück war ok. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt Navigasyona rağmen oteli bulmak çok zordu. Resepsiyonda hizmet yok. Otel belli ki yeni inşa edilmiş veya yenilenmiş. Yatağın üzerindeki lambalar çalışmıyordu, kapı kolu yoktu ve oda kapısı açıktı. yetersiz prizler. Banyoda paspas yoktu. Drenaj kapağı mevcut değil.
