"very friendly staff at the reception"

"Sıcak su yok, yatak kirli, komidin üstü sigara yanığı izleriyle dolu, klima açıldığında odanın içini berbat koku kapladı, otopark yok, buzdolabı çalışmıyor, havlular hiç temiz görünmüyordu, banyodaki şampuan - sıvı sabunfalan akmıyordu. Yani aynı gün hiç ücret talep etmeden çıkış yaptım. Çok sağlıksızdı."

The hotel is well located, though a bit of a walk (20 mins) into the city, but public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel."
