"Was a great stay "

"Parking was easy and convenient, staff was friendly and professional, hotel room was nice and clean "

"Not a place to stay. Staff friendly but I asked for a nonsmoking room and wouldn't let me change. Said there's no other room. The motel was not full but had a lot of people living there. Rooms very thin and could hear your neighbors talking."

"Breakfast was ok but could have used more variety. Sausage patties could be rotated with ham, bacon, or links. Adding fruit would be a nice touch as well. OTW, it was sufficient. "

"Bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Ceiling lights did not work. Lamp pole had one light working out of two. No garbage can, no fridge and no microwave, TV screen in poor condition, TV not mounted to wall just sitting on dresser laying against wall, the wall light switch did not have a cover plate. Bathroom floor had some sort of water seeping up onto the floor, bathtub did not have a rubber matt so it was very slippery. Shower valve cover was broken."

"Room was dirty it had a smellto a bad smell restroom will not clean properly fridge I had in room it was leaking so much also I have found so many cockroaches in a room as soon as I got inside the room and had the bed bugs managers we're not respectfully I had told a manager the next morning I bought the cockroaches they seem it was not issue with it seem like he didn't care they had roaches inside the room and top of that I payed online they said wen I got to office to check in that I had pay 20 more bucks "

"Very simple breakfast, nothing hot just bagels and pastries. "

"Room was neat and clean. No fee to park. Chris at front desk was kind, professional, and very helpful. I recommented 3 other families who were there for USAFT Track and field event and they loved it too. Thank you Sure Stay hope to see you next year."

"I checked to my room and it was in very poor shape (the couch cushions were torn and the couch itself was very heavily stained). My son was supposed to sleep on the couch and it was so bad I was ready to leave. They did put us in another room, which was better but still had some staining on the couch and just overall was tired (scratches all over the wood accents, TV sound was not working, old lighting by the beds that didn’t go on right away). I thought this was a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed by how much lower the standards were for the Hyatt Place. I do want to say that the staff was great. They listened to my situation about the first room and addressed it right away. The maintenance and cleaning crews were working away all day and were always pleasant. So if you are looking for a place to stay in the Tempe area, I think you could find a better place in the same price point. 4 out of 10 stars. "
