"Clean quiet room and very convenient access to airport gates."

"We just love how professional & friendly the team are. From the moment we arrived they allowed us to book in early and on the day we where leaving they allowed us to stay a bit late as our flight was delayed. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The lady who looked after our room had an amazing smile and asked us all the time if we needed anything. Hotel is conveniently located and near an area the was vibrant and peaceful. Finally the food was full of verity and was tasty. Definitely will be recommending it. Finally a message to the lady who looked after our room "you have made us welcome and your service was 10/10 and we are thanking that we meet an amazing person like you"

"From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Hotel is spotlessly clean and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed I think I’ve slept in. Plenty of storage space and easy to operate air conditioning. The bathroom was very spacious with separate tub bath and wet room area with shower. The toilet was in the bathroom but in a separate area. The towels and bedding were luxurious. Housekeeping was faultless. Breakfast every day was varied and the staff very courteous and helpful. We ate in the Surrey restaurant and the Italian restaurant and the food was exceptional especially the Italian. There was also a happy hour for drinks every evening. Although we didn’t use the infinity pool it was a lovely area to relax in. This is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our 9 night stay. Every member of staff from the housekeeping to restaurant staff to reception staff security and valet staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here on our next visit. "
