I normally stay at some of the bigger brand hotels on the Palm but I had a very positive experience at Royal Central Hotel. I upgraded to a palm view room with a balcony and was not disappointed, the view was great. I had a rental car and self parking was convenient. Pool bar service was good and efficient. For what you pay I would say it is great value.

I was impressed by the elegance and refinement of The Lana, Dorchester Collection Dubai — truly exceptional hospitality throughout my stay.
My visit fell just days before my birthday, and during breakfast at Riviera I was unexpectedly surprised by the maître d’, Nanouka, with a specialty from the menu, a candle, and a Riviera keepsake. It was a thoughtful gesture, perfectly aligned with the hotel’s understated style.
What made the experience even more meaningful was a conversation about music. After learning I enjoy classical music and play the piano, Nanouka mentioned the Georgian composer Giya Kancheli. When I shared that I enjoyed his work but couldn’t find piano scores, she independently followed up with links to several of them — a rare level of attentiveness.
Special thanks as well to Renel at the Concierge desk for his professional and attentive assistance with my travel arrangements.
Outstanding experience in every sense.
