"Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!"

"An Excellent Family Stay โ Highly Recommended! โญโญโญโญโญ We had a wonderful stay at the resort as a family of five, and we honestly couldnโt have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The resort was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly. The staff were absolutely wonderful โ warm, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried being fresh and delicious. A special mention has to go to the pool bar, which was amazing! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink while the kids were having fun. The children were also incredibly well catered for. The kidsโ pool and kidsโ club were fantastic, giving the children plenty to enjoy while also allowing us parents some time to relax and unwind. Overall, everything about our stay was great โ from the cleanliness and food to the facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful staff. It really felt like a resort where families are genuinely looked after. We had an amazing holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable stay! โค๏ธ"

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Rooms were large and clean. The staff were great and did all they could to make our stay memorable. The pool was great and the food was excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very well done. The only caveat to that was the Tomatini restaurant which to our surprise was a little disappointing. This part of the island flies under the radar and is an absolute gem."

"We love the royal blue. Itโs our third visit to this resort and it doesnโt disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."

"Everything was simply perfect. From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotelโs impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If youโre visiting Crete, donโt miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!"
