"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "We stayed in a Deluxe Duplex with a Private Pool and we had a great experience. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed, including amenities you’d find in 4/5* hotels which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was incredibly clean and no smell of chemicals. It’s not heated, but the temperature was perfect and quite refreshing in the hot weather."
