Property is in shambles. I cannot believe they are permitted to stay open during construction. Rooms and furniture are ripped. Never staying here again. It was embarrassing even though we only spent one night here.

We did not know the this hotel was under a remodel. We would not have stayed there if we knew this hotel was going threw a remodel. They were remodeling the floor above our room and we could not sleep because of all of the noise. We feel we should receive an discount because of this inconvenience.

It was a little outdated, no usb ports, and couldn’t get the tv to work. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The tub was very slippery. I almost fell a couple of times. I realize they were under construction, so maybe some of these things will be taken care of.

There were both good and bad things with this location. First off the staff was excellent. The hotel in general is dated and pretty beat up. The first room we were in had chipping paint, a peeling headboard, dirty walls and floor. Then we found there was no hot water. I went to the front desk and the staff did not hesitate. They loved us to another room that was still dated but in much better condition. They are remodeling this location so in the future it will probably be great. The property needs the renovation but the staff was the saving grace for our stay.

Located on a bluff on the north side of west Mesquite, so very safe location. We had our car full of stuff we were bringing back to Colorado after 2 months in California so this was very important to us. Nice view if you have an upper floor room facing south.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. On top of that they didnt have the room I reserved available and were trying to charge me more to downgrade the room. Ended up at the same price for a worse room. Front desk didnt want to help.

Limited choices for restaurants and with a large tournament in town everywhere was busy. Room was spacious but dated with obvious wear and tear of furnishings, hair on towel and bathroom floor. Nose level of guests was fine but still could hear everything near by.

The breakfast was good. Great location near soccer tournament fields. Our heater leaked water every time we turned it on. So we would wake up to a huge puddle across our wood flooring every morning. The sink faucet came off when we turned on the water. Also, only one elevator that was incredibly slow. The hotel needs to make some repairs and do some updating. We were also denied a late checkout because "80 rooms were checking out that day." I know the hotel can do this, but increasing prices to $250/night for tournament weekends is frustrating.

This property has a nice location and view. Would have given it a better rating if it wasn’t for the noise through the night. Contacted the desk at 1:30 am only to be told rooms above were under construction. Had we known we would not have booked this property. Cant believe they would continue with work during sleeping hours. I believe the right thing to do is to give a full refund.

We booked this hotel for several reasons, none of which actually were working. The heated pool was broken along with the door(s) going to the pool area. The elevator ended up being broken for a while and being handicap, I still had to climb to the fourth floor via stairs to get to my room...shower head was full of calcium deposits shooting the water in several different directions with the water sometimes hot and sometimes just warm...doors didn't shut properly (either warped or just stuck) or open easily... there was garbage under the bed... curtains didn't shut all the way as they were broken as well... 2 tvs had 2 different remotes but one of the remotes controlled both tvs which was super annoying...no light switches - all lamps were manually controlled at the source...breakfast was ok but the milk wasn't cold which made me worry if it was spoiled... The workers were very nice and doing the best they could with the circumstances but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...

Utterly unacceptable
Arrived at 8:30pm. Front desk person sitting on her phone in back room for five minutes before acknowledging us at the desk. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am. First stairs we attempt to evacuate from closed for maintenance. Had to evacuate down the stairs at the far end of the building. We get out to the parking lot and no hotel staff to be found. Fire truck arrived after we are in the parking lot for 12 minutes. No lights or sirens. Terrible burning/smoke smell in the building triggered my wife’s asthma. Fire alarm triggered my son’s anxiety. We could not stay we left after barely there for five hours. We are requesting full refund of initial charge as well as unknown $25 fee. The whole experience was utterly unacceptable.
