"The beach and restaurant are quite lovely as is the entrance to the hotel. We were taken through the hotel, out the back ally, up some stairs to a different building and into a large undecorated room with a large patio with no view. There was a party in the room above us all night that made it impossible to sleep. I’m sure it was once a lovely location but it hasn’t aged well. Best for young folks that want to party. "

"I was there for only 2 nights, but was completely fine with the guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and clean with a balcony. The contact person Luigi is very friendly and informs you upfront with any services. Some cafes and bakerys are reachable in some minutes by feet."

"Property was nice but a bit too far off the beaten path for exploration. However would be a great place to stay in the summer to relax with family or friends. Apartments have nice patio areas and pool/communal areas look fun. Sea is close."

"I couldn’t falter my stay at Terra Rossa. A small residence set among beautiful gardens with great views. We had a studio overlooking the Isola Bella Island. The patio is perfect sized for an evening unwind. The studio provides everything you need and is cool.
The pool area is never too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! Lovely beach to chill on. "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The view was beautiful, property was also super pretty. Had a slight acidic smell in the bedroom but was very clean and comfy. Bidet wasnt great, bathroom was in good condition aside from that. Feng shue in the bedroom was impeccable, slept lile an absolute log every night and woke up to the sounds of waves and the best view possible. "The most important from this property is the staff. Mr. Mario was always on top of everything, he is very professional on his duty. Super educated person and very kindly with my kids. His son was super friendly when we arrived late night too and super generous to help with the bags. The last on recepción very kind too and helpful to find me a spot to park calling from her cellphone. The staff for breakfast Ms Sylvia very kind and professional on her job, super friendly and attentive. Mateo also aware of everything. Very pleasant our stay here feels like home. 🏠 "

"Great location and amazing views! Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a view of Mt. Etna! The pool area was very nice and drinks and food can be ordered while relaxing or you can go to the bar! Stepping off the elevator and having the doors open to the gorgeous ocean view as you walk through the cave is always amazing! Truly an experience! All staff is friendly and helpful! The shuttles that take you back and forth to the town of Taormina are a great feature and many options of times! Just make sure to reserve early AM your spots! "

"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer.
What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home.
A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
