"Manolis bize tüm konaklama süresince yardımcı oldu İletişimi gayet dostça ve kibardı . Otel oldukça temiz ve bakımlı. Otel havlusu normalde kullanmam ama havlulat tertemiz ve yumuşacıktı. "The owner was a great host, meeting all needs at the hotel. and providing information on sites to see on Chios island. The property exudes charm—a centuries old stone mansion with modern amenities. The highlight of the provided breakfast was the homemade marmalade, made from citrus grown on the property. A truly enjoyable stay. "

"I stayed at Costa Point Kiosk Hotel on August 30. Although I had booked a kiosk room, the room I was given was much smaller. It was in the attic with only one tiny window that couldn’t be opened, and the view was directly facing an air conditioner, which made the room very uncomfortable. In addition, upon check-in I was asked to pay an extra €2 per day, which they said was a tax. This charge was not clearly stated before and felt misleading, damaging my trust in the hotel. Because of the poor room conditions and the unexpected extra charges, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are certainly more comfortable and trustworthy options available."
