"The bathroom had a lot of mould & the shower diverter was not working properly so very poor water pressure- very hard to wash your hair when the tap below is running at full pressure. We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle. The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "

"Our family of 5 spent in the 2 bedroom apartment 11 wonderful days. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again. The service throughout was excellent - the landlord was always ready to assist with our problems and the cleaning lady always made sure to tidy the rooms to top-condition.
