"This hotel is truly a gem in Winslow. The employees were excellent and professional. The hotel is an early 20th century railroad station and the hotel and rooms still have that feel. The restaurant is top notch with wonderful food (ate there twice). Anyone going to Winslow, Arizona should stay in this hotel."

"I booked two rooms for my group. Upon checking in my room was filthy especially the bathroom. It was not cleaned at all.(I had sanitary concerns). The other room the window that would not close all the way, making a large whistling sound (this gave me safety concerns especially for a young female). I immediately addressed the issues with the front desk and was told to contact expedia and they would appeove a refund. I contacted expedia immediately, they informed me they could not get ahold of the hotel. After several days and persistence the hotel agreed to refund 1 room but not both. Was I supposed to leave half my group in the hotel while I slept elsewhere? Highly disappointed with this hotel. Also the pool and spa were closed, but had they been open I would be concerned it was unclean as well. "

"I like to hike in N.AZ and often look for cheap accomodations in Holbrook or Winslow. I usually stay at Holbrook Motel6. But a low rate lead me to try Winslow Rodeway Inn. It doesn't make a good first impression: a little hard to find and it looks like a Soviet-era apartment building. And when I grabbed a parking place near the entrance I noticed the car parked next to me had a flat tire and looked like it had been there a while. BUT....I was greeted warmly, the room was fine, as was the breakfast. I liked the place just fine."
