"Horrible experience… I got 3 nights end ended up leaving on the first night. Roaches, dirty sheets, have to carry your luggage upstairs no elevators, microwave and fridge had a dirty rag nasty smell to it. Breakfast looked disgusting and was very dirty over all."

"The manager is extremely rudeandunhelpful. We needed an extra blanket yhe first night. He said they were out with no apologies or anything.I called at 6:00pm the next day to have someone pickup our trash and bring fresh towels. I was told I had to return the dirty towels to front desk in order to get more clean towels. Manager guy said housekeeper was gone for the day so I had to keep the trash in the room. Disgusting!! So my son brings the towels to the front desk and the manager said he's going to charge my credit card because one towel has a red stain. A small amount of fruit punch spilled in the room and there was nothing else to clean it up with so what choice did we have. He is charging my card $52 for a small spill on a small towel!! Ridiculous!! He also said they had no wash cloths. So what are were we supposed to bathe with? And for 4 people he gave us 2 big towels. Ridiculous!! Unprofessional nightmare!! Wouldn't let my enemy stay here!!"

"Honestly this has been the worst place I’ve ever booked on Expedia. They cancelled my reservation without notice and they charged my credit card. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk lady wasn’t helpful at all. I end up having to contact Expedia (still waiting for my reimbursement) so they called the front desk lady. All of this was at 11pm. At the end I had to book another hotel (this time through booking) for twice the price, all because the incompetent staff from motel 6 decided to cancel my reservation. Honestly don’t waste your money in that dumpster. "
