Within minutes, I had my room keys, was informed of the property rules, and given details about the complimentary services. The stay was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Check-out was just as simple, and I enjoyed the included breakfast before hitting the road. One thing that really stood out: I had accidentally left behind a pair of hiking boots. The staff reached out to me later that day, but I was out of service range. Once I reconnected, they kindly offered to mail the boots to my home at no charge. That kind of thoughtfulness really made an impression. Overall, I give Omak Inn an A++. Friendly service, smooth experience, and a level of care you don’t always find. Highly recommended!"
