"I stayed here for 3 nights and I had a very pleasant stay. On arrival hotel looks nice and clean, staff greeted me warmly and check in was a breeze. My room was nice and clean with a very pleasant smell. The bathroom needs a little attention but was clean and decent. Bed was comfortable but the AC was a bit too cold and difficult to change so I just left it off and room temperature was fine. Quiet at night so managed to get work done and have a good night's sleep. Breakfast has a great selection but chefs omelette were delicious. Location is fantastic with lots of shops and food places nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would recommend. Special thanks to Gorka from reception for his help."

"Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have an air con system that was very easy to use. The only slight downside is the location as the roads around it can be difficult to cross but that’s not the hotel’s fault and it’s a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of town. We ended up just using Bolt which was very reasonable anyway."

"The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. But, it didn’t bother me. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk. You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you over and help you communicate there. We didn’t go to the breakfast but many people did so it’s probably good. "

"The apartment was clean; however, the initial apartment given to me did not have a washing machine, so they moved me to a two-bedroom apartment as I needed to wash, as I was between a 6-week travel. Generally speaking, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was Ok but repetitive as I was staying for 2 weeks. I got tired of it after a few days. They clean whenever I ask. "
