"Room was large and clean. Elevator was on opposite end of building to the check-in desk. Our room was on 2nd floor, and above front desk, so had to walk the length of building twice to get to room. Outside entrance door where elevator is located had electronic keyed lock, but the door would close and latch. “security risk”!"

"Incredibly dirty. I don’t know if I’ve ever stayed at hotel dairy as this. Line trash, carpets had not been vacuumed, bedding was dirty. My family almost left because we felt unsafe. "

"The hotel was very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent.The only downfall was our room placement. We were directly by the elevator that was quite noisy along with all the floor traffic which led to sleepless nights including being right over the pool area. "

"Hotel was overbooked and we were placed in the last room available when we arrived around 8 PM. Others with reservations arriving after us were told there were no rooms. We ended up leaving due to a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains that hit us when we opened the door, told no maintenance person on duty, and no one really seemed concerned. I kind of have a feeling this is a known issue and they were just hoping we would take the room since it was the last one available. It made for a very long road trip with no sleep. "

"Plenty of shopping nearby. No TV remote in room & clerk wasn’t able to find one; which was ok since I needed to rest"

"Booked and confirmed a double queen. When we got there, overbooked. Got a king with a rollaway."

"Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Lobby airfreshener scent was very overpowering. Tub needed some caulking as it had some black spots. Breakfast was good."

"Good location and easy access to and from property. Not many shops around the area. Bridge from Illinois to Kentucky is currently being worked on and down to one lane each way. "

"It was partially under construction so taking that into account was a great place and great stay. "
