"I had a terrible experience at Belajandro Hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation. They placed the blame on Expedia, but having worked in the hotel industry myself, I know this was likely due to their failure to properly update their system and manage availability.
I was traveling with luggage, a baby, and a child, and this situation was incredibly stressful. I had to wait three exhausting hours to sort out alternative...

"This had to be one of my favorite stays in a hotel. The staff was great, the room was excellent l, and anything I needed they were there 24/7 for anything I needed. "
"The receptionist who checked us in was very accommodating (Yanna i think the name). She explain all the amenities they offer even we are only staying for 1 night. After checking in it was raining so we didn't use the gym and pool until the next morning. The building still in good condition. The shower head have soap scum which is normally considering the turnover of each guest. The area was very convenient as it was connected to SM and restaurants. "
