"hotel was very welcoming, I've stayed at this hotel twice without any issues, the third time my check in was at 3-3:30pm but when i arrived at 4pm my rooms still wasn't ready. this was really disappointing. other wise my stay was great."

The rooms & entire property are updated, clean & very comfortable. The location is central, perfect to explore by foot or short taxi rides, and has bars/restaurants, grocery & convenience stores within easy walking distance. We had a suite this time and, wow, it will be hard to go back to a regular room."

"This hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT reach them, either, and told me to take Taxi to get to the hotel almost midnight. I did not know whether there was anyone to check in at that time, so I had to request to cancel the booking and get refund. I am very disappointed with Expedia's listing recently because I had a few unpleasant experiences with bookings on Expedia. I wish Expedia had a system to validate the listings and knew the properties' advertisement is honest."
