We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "Wir waren vom 20 bis zum 21 April mal also für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel hatten schon Probleme beim einschicken weil fehlt die Code für die Türen dann die Zimmer gingen so einigermaßen man konnte nicht richtig stehen beim Duschen weil schräge Wände dann Frühstück musste man in einem anderen Hotel gehen auch nicht so super. In in dem Ort selber war auch nichts los tote Hose na ja was soll man halt machen"

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. Wish we were able to use the spa but nothing showed how, and waiting at the front desk was a...
