The only complaints are the “specialty restaurants” - i believe management can do better in terms of streamline the lineup/reservation. It is kind of messy with no rules when letting people in, which upset a lot of guests and wasting a lot of time. Buffet quality/choices are acceptable "

"Gorgeous property with fabulous 5 star service. Loved every minute of our stay. Relaxing vibes at all 3 pools and staff who know how to be there when you need something but not be overbearing. Spa is wonderful and all of the restaurants are great. The location is off the beaten path and works best for a vacation where you stay at the resort the whole time. It’s not very convenient for going to restaurants in downtown Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo. It’s a bit more adult oriented though kids are ok. "
