Well the place was clean but it was scary to know that there is no sign of the hotel. It seems like the hotel is doing business illegally. I waited for a long time for the hotel staff to open the door for me every time I need to enter the property. It is located on a great zone in Mexico City.

The room was beyond cold, when i came in the window was wide open and they didn’t have any heaters to provide. Got a second banquet but still spent the coldest night ever. Too noisy since 8:30am.

The place appears nice and clean but no even a bit hospitality, there was no mirror in the bath to loud for guest coming in and out the main door it’s pain in the ass and when I asked for a mirror the guy just said ! Oh I know ! Like not even care about it. I also I heard other guests complained about there’ was no maths on the shower floor

One of the worst places I've ever been to. It doesn't look like a hotel, it is more like a house facade, the chek-in took 35 min. The clerk was super slow, took him an eternity to write my number. The room had an awful smell of fresh painting and cement. There weren't bedside tables, no bins even in the bathroom, no soap. There were 2 unlabeled bottles with what could be shampoo but that smell horrible.

Me encantó la ubicación, ya que queda todo muy cerca, la decoración es muy bonita, la habitación limpia, y acogedora, nos dejaron resguardar la maleta después del check out lo cual fue muy amable. Solo al baño le falta mantenimiento.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel dejó bastante que desear. El principal problema fue el ruido durante la madrugada. Se escucha prácticamente TODO entre las habitaciones y pasillos, y había huéspedes haciendo muchísimo escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche. Lo peor es que el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto ni les llamó la atención, simplemente permitieron que continuaran como si no hubiera más personas intentando descansar. Entiendo que un hotel no puede controlar completamente el comportamiento de todos sus huéspedes, pero sí debería intervenir cuando el ruido y el escándalo continúan durante la madrugada y afectan el descanso de los demás. Por si fuera poco, la cama estaba en pésimas condiciones. El colchón estaba completamente hundido y tenía los resortes salidos, por lo que dormir ahí resultaba sumamente incómodo. Uno paga un hospedaje principalmente para tener un lugar cómodo donde descansar, y desafortunadamente aquí fue prácticamente imposible. Entre el ruido constante, la falta de intervención del personal y el pésimo estado de la cama, definitivamente hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar.

La ubicación es céntrica Los colchones no están en buen estado y como mi estancia fue larga la limpieza del baño fue un problema pues incluso aunque pedía se hiciera hubo días qué esto no sucedió
